Q: My size has sold out, are you restocking?
A: Our stock is limited so once it’s gone, it’s gone! We’d suggest checking for your size on the UK and US websites, otherwise, it is very unlikely to come back into stock.
 
Q: I’ve ordered the wrong item, can I change something?
A:  Please make sure to double check your items and make use of the size guide before placing your order. We will do our very best to fix any mistakes, however it is an extremely busy period so this may not always be possible.
 
Q: Can I add something to my order? Or can I place a second order and you combine the shipping?
A: Unfortunately we cannot add to orders or combine shipping costs, we are charged shipping cost per order, and there will be too many orders to sift through to find and combine parcels.
 
Q: I put in the wrong address! Can you fix it?
A: Depending on how far the parcel is in our system, we may be able to get the address changed, please let us know as soon as you can.
 
Q: How do I return/exchange?

Q: What is the status of my return/exchange?
A: Typically returns take approximately a week to be checked, and are processed the following Monday, however this can go up during busy periods.
 
Q: Where is my order?
A: We try to dispatch your orders as soon as we can, however during sales this can take up to 4 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow the parcel. Please leave a reasonable amount of time (and consider customs processing if ordering internationally) for the package to progress before emailing us.
 
Q: I emailed you earlier, why haven’t you responded?
A: We receive a high volume of emails during the sale period. Please only email us once, and give us 24 hours to get back to you. Our emails are checked Monday-Friday 9-6pm UK time. If you haven’t heard back from us in over 48 hours please check your junkmail, as emails can sometimes be marked as spam.
 
Q: Will I get a quicker answer on facebook/Instagram/twitter?
A: This isn't guaranteed, and if it's a more indepth question, it really is best to email us.
 
Q: What size should I get?
A: Please take a look through our size guide, and feel free to email us for sizing advice, however please be aware that we cannot hold items for you if an order hasn’t been placed.
 
Q: Do you offer a fast shipping service?
A: At the moment our only shipping services are those listed on the website, and we do not have a queue-jump option for dispatching orders.
 
Q: I only bought full-price items, why do I have to wait?
A: Unfortunately our system is not savvy enough to organise orders by sale and non-sale orders, however we do hope that the processing time shouldn’t be too long for you.
